Our B&W Group of Companies brands include Pacific Rail Engineering (P.R.E.), a manufacturer and service provider to the Rail Industry, Alminco; a predominantly underground mining manufacturer and service provider domestically and internationally. B&W PTY ltd, our executive team who provide critical services to our brands on a daily basis.

B&W consists of our Group of Companies Managing Director Mr. John Williams, who has been involved in heavy equipment, rail, mining and contract mining, manufacturing and industrial services for over four decades. Mr. Williams is also the Chairman of B&W Group of Companies and set’s the appetite for the growth of our organisation and championing our Group of Company Values.

B&W is also wehere a dedicated team deliver daily on Group HR, Finance, Executive Administration, Risk, IT and Group Marketing.

In June 2010 B&W put in place an Advisory Council consisting of John, Karemie and Rhys Williams all of whom have a longstanding association with our Group of Companies. In addition Sebastian Zammit brings a wealth of finance experience along with Steve Burraston’s expertise in market development and strategy across both Rail and Mining. Together the function of the council is to provide a dynamic and robust environment for Mr. Williams to take counsel and ultimately decision making for our Group of Companies.
