Alminco’s new release Quickduster set to enter the market in coming weeks is the industry leader in development panel dusting and roadway dusting. Alminco designed and built from the ground up Quickduster incorporates an augur feed and a host of improvements, making our Quickduster the leading industry solution and well ahead of other service providers in this class.

Some of the improvements include a robust augur feed located in the bottom of the dust hopper to convey dust to the spinners, which are set 2m apart at the outer limits of the machine for the most extensive coverage possible. In addition our dust spinner assembly is easily removeable and replaceable. All hydraulic hosing and components are located outside of the dust hopper and all hydraulic motors positioned within the frame of the Quickduster for added protection.

Our Quickduster is available with QDS, RAS or KAT atachment interfaces on request and the entire Quickduster unit can be transported (not operated) via a forklift. Expect a low clearance height and compact width with ingenious guardings for all mechanical moving parts – ensuring Quickduster is MDG compliant and in compliance with Australian Standards.

Alminco will offer both a 1.5T and 4T Quickduster with associated service plans, genuine parts and accessibility to hire this product in 2011. Alminco have an existing Quickduster hire fleet for any immediate requirements.
